I’m Richard, a seasoned leader with a global perspective. My career has been built on a foundation of real-world challenges and leadership roles that have taken me across continents. At Microsoft, I serve as a Strategy and Digital Transformation Leader, where I’ve been instrumental in driving cloud transformations and advising on project management and business unit creation.

My professional narrative is one of diversity and adaptability. Born in South Africa, holding Irish citizenship, and now based in the UK, my experiences have provided me with a unique vantage point to understand and engage with a variety of cultural and organisational contexts.
